90-Day Limited Warranty – Grey Area Phones

Thank you for choosing us! We stand behind the quality of our grey area phones and offer a 90-day limited warrantyfrom the date of purchase.

What's Covered

This warranty covers manufacturer defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use, including but not limited to:

  • Touchscreen/display issues

  • Charging port defects

  • Button malfunctions

  • Speaker, microphone, or camera faults

  • Battery defects (not related to normal wear)

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (drops, cracks, water damage, etc.)

  • Software issues or updates

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear (battery degradation, minor scratches, etc.)

  • Issues due to use of non-original accessories

How to Claim

If you experience an issue:

  1. Contact our support team within 90 days of purchase.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the problem.

  3. If eligible, we’ll arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion).

Other Terms

  • Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

  • Devices must be returned in the same condition as received (aside from the covered defect).

  • Shipping costs for warranty claims may be the customer’s responsibility.
