Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received (unused, undamaged, with all accessories and packaging).

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The phone’s IMEI number must match the one we shipped.

  • The device must not be locked, jailbroken, or altered in any way.

  • The item must be returned using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • The phone has been used, damaged, or tampered with.

  • The original security seal has been broken (if applicable).

  • The device has been reported lost, stolen, or blacklisted after purchase.

  • The customer is unable to provide proof of order.


2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back within 5 days of receiving the RAN.

  4. Once received, our team will inspect the device within 3-5 business days.


3. Refunds & Restocking Fees

  • If the return is approved, we will issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee to cover processing costs.

  • If the item is not in its original condition, the return may be denied or a higher restocking fee (up to 50%) may apply.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.


4. Exchanges & Replacements

  • We only offer replacements for defective devices within 7 days of delivery.

  • If you receive a faulty item, contact us immediately, and we will arrange an exchange.


5. Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraud, we track all device IMEIs and reserve the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not match our records.

  • Report fraudulent returns to the authorities.

  • Refuse service to individuals suspected of abuse.
